Kleine tanglibel - Onychogomphus forcipatus - HMNatuurfotografie

De kleine tanglibel (onychogomphus forcipatus Linnaeus, 1758) kent binnen Europa drie ondersoorten. Grofweg is ssp. forcipatus aan te treffen in het noorden van Europa, ssp. unguiculatus in het zuiden en ssp. albotibialis in Turkije en aangrenzende (Griekse) eilanden. De mannetjes zijn aan de hand en de stand en vorm van de subterminale en subbasale knobbels aan de onderste aanhangsels te herkennen. Zie de fotomappen hieronder.
